If you are planning a trip to Macau, the Macau Tower is a landmark you cannot miss.

During my third visit to this vibrant city, I finally experienced the observatory and the famous lunch buffet.

In this guide, I’ll share how to get Macau Tower tickets and buffet deals, tips for the world’s highest bungy jump, and essential travel advice.

1. Location and Luggage Storage Tips

The Macau Tower is located on the southern tip of the Macau Peninsula, near the Taipa Bridge. While public transport is available, taking a taxi is the most convenient way to get there, especially if you are heading to the airport after your visit.

Pro Tip: If you have heavy bags after checking out of your hotel, the Macau Tower offers free luggage storage for suitcases at the ground floor counter. Please note that they might not accept backpacks, so plan accordingly.

2. How to Save on Macau Tower Tickets and Buffet

Booking in advance is the key to saving money. I highly recommend booking via platforms like Klook. Not only is it cheaper than the on-site price, but you can also use discount coupons.

One of the best ways to experience the tower is by booking the Macau Tower tickets and buffet combo. For example, while the buffet alone costs around $38 USD, adding the observatory access only costs a few dollars more. This is much cheaper than buying them separately.

3. The Observatory: 58th and 61st Floors

Once you redeem your physical ticket at the basement level, you can head up to the 58th-floor main observation deck. Here, you’ll find glass-bottom floors that offer a thrilling view of the city beneath your feet.

Even on a cloudy day, the view of the Macau skyline and the neighboring islands is breathtaking. After exploring the 58th floor, take the elevator to the 61st floor, which is the “Adventure Zone.”

4. World’s Highest Bungy Jump and Skywalk

The 61st floor is where the adrenaline junkies gather. The Macau Tower is world-famous for having the highest commercial bungy jump in the world (233 meters).

  • Bungy Jump: It costs around $450 USD on-site, but you can find it for approximately $300 USD if you book online in advance.

  • Skywalk: If bungy jumping is too intense, the Skywalk is a great alternative. It allows you to walk around the outer rim of the tower while attached to a safety rail.

5. 360° Revolving Lunch Buffet Experience

The 360° Café is Macau’s highest revolving restaurant. The entire floor rotates slowly, allowing you to see the full panorama of Macau while you dine.

The buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines, including fresh seafood, steaks, and local Macanese specialties like egg tarts. It’s an excellent value for the price, considering the quality of food and the changing scenery outside your window.
