If you’re planning to visit, keep in mind that the second floor operates from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, slightly different from the main store hours. One advantage of shopping here is that tax refunds are available for purchases over 2,000 TWD, making it an ideal spot for bulk souvenir shopping.
